Thank you for the trust you place in us. While there is a lot of uncertainty in the market at the moment, we at Medical Billing Center are focusing on what we can control: Continuing to serve our clients in need of billing and collections services, while maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our employees. We’ll get through this time together. Maintaining our service while keeping our employees safe:

We understand the unique billing and collections challenges this pandemic is creating for you. We also realize that we are in a unique position to help. We are striving to continue to serve our current clients, while also supporting physical therapy organizations who have to eliminate staff or who’s billing staff may not otherwise be able to perform in this environment.

We are modifying how we deliver all of our services to remain open, while preparing ourselves to change direction at a moment’s notice and making sure we put the safety and well-being of our employees first. Some of the steps we’ve taken so far include:

  • Instituting a remote work policy. The online platforms we utilize, and our remote communication capabilities enable our team to work effectively with one another from safe, remote locations.
  • Initiating a social distancing policy for employees in the office.
  • Complying with local, state and federal guidelines regarding the approach to cleanliness in the workplace.

We will continue to follow CDC and APTA guidelines with the intention of serving our clients and keeping our employees safe.

Providing critical information to our clients:

At a time like this, knowledge is vital to understanding how to proceed. Every day brings new information on the current and potential impact of the Covid-19 virus. In addition to putting in place processes and procedures to ensure we can not only maintain our current services, but actually ramp up to serve the needs of additional clients, we are striving to provide answers to owners with billing and collections questions that stem from the Covid-19 challenge.
