As we close out 2025, I find myself incredibly proud of what this year represents for Medical Billing Center.
This was not just a year of growth. It was a year of alignment, intention, and execution. A year where the work behind the scenes finally matched the scale of what MBC has always been capable of delivering.
Today, MBC proudly serves more than 107 physical therapy clinics nationwide, and 2025 proved that we are built to support clinics at scale while still operating with precision, care, and partnership.
A Record-Breaking Milestone Powered by MBC
One of the most defining moments of the year was posting nearly $13,000,000 in collections in a single month.
That result was achieved through the daily work of the Medical Billing Center team serving clinic partners across the country. It reflects real impact across every department and every touchpoint of the revenue cycle.
That number represents real trust.
Clinics relying on us to protect their revenue.
Patients receiving clear and accurate billing.
Teams showing up every day and doing the work the right way.
This level of performance reflects the leadership of Jim Stoker, whose steady vision continues to guide MBC forward while honoring the values and discipline that have defined this company for more than two decades.
Technology That Supports Better Outcomes
In 2025, we made intentional investments in technology that strengthened how we work and how we serve clinics.
This included the implementation of Aurora RCI, inbox-based patient statements, and more streamlined communication workflows across teams.
These tools were not added for the sake of change. They were implemented to bring more clarity, better insight, and faster action while keeping the human element at the center of everything we do.
The result has been cleaner data, stronger reporting, and a team that is better equipped to respond with confidence and accuracy.
Investing in the People Behind the Numbers
Growth at this level does not happen without people, and 2025 was a year of meaningful investment in our team.
We welcomed incredible new staff members and strengthened our leadership structure with additional supervisors and directors. This allowed us to scale responsibly while maintaining accountability, consistency, and quality.
The culture at MBC today is one I am genuinely proud of. It is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in ownership. Our team understands that what we do directly impacts the success of the clinics we serve, and that responsibility is taken seriously at every level.
A Brand That Reflects the Work
This year also marked a full brand alignment for MBC.
As Director of Development, I had the opportunity to help bring clarity to our voice, our message, and how we show up in the industry. The goal was simple. Make sure our brand reflects the depth of experience, stability, and partnership that has always existed within MBC.
We are not just a billing company.
We are a long-term partner.
We are PT-specific by design.
And we are committed to helping clinics understand their numbers, protect their revenue, and build sustainable businesses.
Looking Ahead
With more than 22 years dedicated exclusively to physical therapy billing, Medical Billing Center remains one of the longest-standing PT billing companies in the nation.
2025 proved that experience and innovation belong together.
As we move into the next year, I am proud of what we built, grateful for the team behind it, and excited about where MBC is headed next.
